All fashion doll clothing from My Life with Design is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure that each garment arrives in excellent condition.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our fashion doll clothing is produced in small quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preference.
However, we take pride in the quality of our products and want customers to be pleased with their purchases.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@mylifewithdesign.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when possible.
We will review the concern personally and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Digital Patterns
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, sales of digital sewing and knitting patterns are final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased pattern or discover an error in the instructions, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
