My Life with Design offers original fashion doll clothing, digital sewing and knitting patterns, and creative educational resources.
By purchasing products through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Products and Pricing
Product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Because many garments are handmade or produced in small quantities, availability may be limited.
Orders and Payments
Payments are processed securely through Square.
We reserve the right to cancel an order when an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or a transaction cannot be completed. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
Digital Patterns and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, My Life with Design sewing and knitting patterns are original designs protected by applicable copyright law.
When purchasing a digital pattern, customers receive a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the pattern.
Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, or share the purchased pattern files or instructions without written permission.
Purchasing a pattern does not transfer ownership of its copyright.
Finished Items Made from Patterns
Customers may use purchased patterns to create garments for personal use.
Commercial production or sale of finished garments made from My Life with Design patterns requires separate written permission.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Orders are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, including our final-sale policy and procedures for addressing damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.
Educational Content
Educational materials, course descriptions, and future programs are provided for learning and creative exploration.
Registration requirements and any course-specific terms will be communicated when enrollment becomes available.
